Brazilian Meat Magazine (Revista Nacional da Carne) presents the complete panorama of production and processing of beef, poultry, pork and other meats. In its 30 years of publication, the magazine has become a reference for professionals in the sector, by providing information in journalistic form, and market data, to entrepreneurs and researchers in the meat industry.

Published monthly, it provides reports on the principal inputs for meat packers, news about the sector, interviews with personalities of the corporate and political world, and technical articles by researchers from universities and organizations linked to food engineering, nutrition and other areas of knowledge.

It includes two annual guides to the sector: the Brazilian Milk and Dairy Products Annual, and the Brazilian Ice Creams Annual.
